Kwik Serve Me Limited ("KwikServe") is committed to protecting your personal data

in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and applicable regulations.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

• Identity: full name, email address, phone number

• Verification (artisans and, where applicable, clients): National Identification Number

(NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN) — of which we retain only the last four digits —

a live selfie for liveness detection and face-match, and bank-account details for

name matching. Verification is performed through our licensed KYC provider (Dojah).

• Location: approximate area/GPS coordinates when you use the app (used for distance

calculations to nearby artisans)

• Profile: photo, skills, service rates (for artisans)

• Usage: bookings, quotes, messages, transactions

• Device: browser type, operating system, IP address

• Third-party authentication: where you choose Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in, we may

receive the information supplied by the relevant provider that is necessary to

authenticate your KwikServe account, such as your name, email address and a

provider-specific account identifier. We do not receive your third-party account

password.

• Calendar information: if you voluntarily connect a supported calendar service such as

Google Calendar, KwikServe may access calendar information necessary to provide the

calendar feature you have authorised. This may include booking-related event dates,

times, durations, titles and relevant scheduling information, and availability or

conflict information where required by the feature. KwikServe does not use unrelated

calendar content for purposes outside booking and scheduling functionality.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• To verify user identity and prevent fraud and impersonation

• To connect clients with artisans near them

• To process payments, operate our conditional payment protection, and maintain

transaction records

• To send booking confirmations and service notifications

• To create, update and maintain booking schedules

• To provide optional calendar synchronisation for clients and service providers,

including adding or updating KwikServe booking events and assisting with availability

or scheduling conflicts where the user has authorised the relevant calendar access

• To resolve disputes and provide support

• To improve and secure the platform

3. THIRD-PARTY SIGN-IN AND GOOGLE USER DATA

KwikServe may allow users to authenticate using Google Sign-In, Facebook or Apple.

When you choose Google Sign-In, KwikServe may receive Google user data necessary to

authenticate and establish or access your KwikServe account, including your name, email

address and Google account identifier. Google does not provide KwikServe with your Google

account password. The information received depends on the permissions and information

made available by Google.

KwikServe uses Google user data only to provide, maintain and secure the user-facing

authentication and account features you request, and for related security, fraud

prevention and account-integrity functions. KwikServe does not sell Google user data,

use it for targeted advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness, lending

eligibility or similar financial decisions. Google user data is not used to train

general-purpose or non-personalised artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

If you disconnect Google Sign-In or otherwise stop using it, KwikServe will stop using

Google authentication data for future sign-in, subject to the information needed to

maintain your existing KwikServe account and comply with applicable legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your KwikServe account and associated personal data as

described below.

4. GOOGLE CALENDAR AND SCHEDULING

Calendar integration is optional. A user may choose to connect Google Calendar to make

booking schedules easier to manage and to keep KwikServe booking information aligned

with the user's calendar.

For clients, calendar integration may help record confirmed bookings and keep changes

to booking dates and times reflected in the user's schedule.

For service providers, calendar integration may help record accepted bookings and

schedule changes and, where the authorised feature requires it, assist KwikServe in

checking availability or potential scheduling conflicts.

KwikServe requests only the calendar permissions needed for the feature being used.

Depending on the feature, this may include permission to view calendar events, view

availability, or create and update KwikServe booking events. KwikServe does not request

permission to share, permanently delete or manage the user's entire calendar merely to

provide booking synchronisation.

Calendar data is used only for providing and improving the booking and scheduling

functionality described in this policy. It is not sold, used for targeted advertising,

or used to train general-purpose or non-personalised artificial intelligence or

machine-learning models.

When a user disconnects calendar integration, KwikServe will stop making new calendar

access requests for that connection. Calendar-derived data retained in KwikServe for

booking synchronisation is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for

the connected feature, subject to applicable legal, security, dispute and transaction

retention requirements.

5. DATA SHARING

We share your data with trusted service providers where necessary to operate KwikServe:

• Paystack (payment processing and payouts) — see paystack.com/privacy

• Dojah (identity verification / KYC)

• Supabase (secure database and file hosting)

• Authentication and calendar service providers, including Google, Facebook or Apple,

when you choose to use those services

Where Google user data is processed by a service provider on KwikServe's behalf, it is

used only for the functionality disclosed in this Privacy Policy. KwikServe does not

sell Google user data or transfer it to third parties for advertising, data brokerage,

creditworthiness, lending, or other purposes unrelated to providing or improving the

KwikServe functionality you requested.

6. IDENTITY DATA HANDLING

We never store your full BVN — only the last four digits are retained for reference.

Identity checks are processed through our KYC provider. Verification results (pass/fail

and match outcomes) are stored to evidence compliance; sensitive raw identifiers are

minimised.

7. LOCATION DATA

Your GPS location is used to sort nearby artisans and to guide a booked artisan to your

service address. Your selected area (e.g. Guzape, FCT) is stored on your profile.

8. YOUR RIGHTS (NDPA)

You have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account

and associated data; object to processing; and data portability.

9. DATA RETENTION

Active account data is retained while your account exists. After account deletion, data is

removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by Nigerian law (for example,

financial and KYC records, which may be retained for up to 7 years).

Authentication and calendar connection data is retained only for as long as reasonably

necessary to provide the connected feature, maintain account security and booking

records, or comply with applicable legal obligations. Where a user disconnects an

optional calendar integration, KwikServe will stop future access through that connection

and remove retained calendar-derived information when it is no longer required for the

connected booking or scheduling feature, subject to applicable legal and security

retention requirements.

10. SECURITY

We use encryption, Row Level Security, and secure authentication. Access tokens and

other authentication credentials, where required to operate an authorised integration,

are handled using appropriate security controls and are not intentionally exposed to

other users. However no system is 100% secure. Report security concerns to:

11. COOKIES

KwikServe.me uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security, payments and remembering cookie choices. Optional analytics/performance cookies are used only where you have given Analytics & Performance consent. Marketing or advertising technologies, if introduced, require separate consent.

12. CHILDREN

KwikServe is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
