KWIKSERVE COOKIE POLICY

This policy explains how KwikServe (operated by Kwik Serve Me Limited) uses cookies and

similar technologies, what choices you have, and how to change them at any time.

1. WHAT COOKIES ARE

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site

remember your session, preferences and activity. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels,

and software development kits in our mobile apps) work in comparable ways and are covered by

this policy.

2. THE CATEGORIES WE USE

(a) STRICTLY NECESSARY - always active

These are required for the platform to function and cannot be switched off. They include:

- Authentication and session cookies that keep you securely signed in;

- Security cookies that protect against fraud and unauthorised access;

- A cookie that remembers your cookie choices.

Because these are essential to deliver a service you have requested, they do not require

your consent.

(b) ANALYTICS / PERFORMANCE - consent required

These help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it: which pages are

visited, where errors occur, and how bookings flow through the product. They are only set

if you allow them, and the data is used in aggregate.

(c) MARKETING / ADVERTISING - consent required

These may be used to measure the performance of campaigns and to show relevant offers about

KwikServe on other platforms. They are only set if you allow them.

3. YOUR CHOICES AND HOW TO CHANGE THEM

When you first use KwikServe you are asked to choose which optional categories to allow. You

may accept all categories, reject all non-essential categories, or open preferences and

choose category by category.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time - it is as easy to withdraw as it is to

give. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookie preferences, or open this Cookie Policy

page and select "Manage cookie preferences". Your choice is remembered on that device and

you may change it as often as you like.

4. WHAT WE DO TODAY

KwikServe uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for analytics/performance only where you have allowed

the Analytics & Performance category. GA4 helps us understand which pages are visited, where

errors occur and how bookings flow through the product. If you do not allow analytics, GA4 is

not loaded and analytics events are not sent. Marketing/advertising technologies are not

activated merely because you consent to analytics.

5. THIRD PARTIES

Some necessary functions rely on trusted providers who may set their own cookies as part of

delivering the service to you - for example our payment processor (Paystack) during checkout

and our identity-verification provider (Dojah) during verification. These are limited to

carrying out the service you have requested.

Google Analytics 4 (Google) — analytics/performance. Used only where Analytics & Performance

consent has been given. It may set first-party analytics cookies such as _ga and related _ga_*

cookies. KwikServe will not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking

IDs, payment references, KYC data, message content or other direct identifiers as analytics

event parameters.

6. COOKIES WE CANNOT CONTROL

If you follow a link from KwikServe to another website, that site's own cookie practices

apply. We encourage you to read their policies.

7. RETENTION

Your cookie preference is stored for up to 6 months, after which you will be asked again.

Session cookies expire when you sign out or your session ends.
